Your Life Your Voice is the website for the Boys Town National Hotline, a free resource established in 1989 for kids, teens, and young adults. Counselors are available 24/7 and have a wide range of experiences working with kids and families who are frustrated, anxious, depressed, faced with an overwhelming challenge, or just need someone to talk to.

Open every day from 2PM to 1AM CST. This texting service is intended for pre-teens, teens, and young adults.
Text VOICE to 20121 to start. Text STOP to opt out. For more information about the service, text HELP to 20121.

Chat over IM and get a live, to the minute discussion with a counselor. Available Monday–Friday, 6PM to midnight CST. (and other times if counselors are available)
When you e-mail a question we will send a response back to you within 48 hours. We post selected questions and responses on our bulletin board board a few days later.
