Meet The CHC Expert
Erin Concepcion Hoolihan, PsyD , Dr. Erin Concepcion Hoolihan, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in psychological assessments and therapy for youth and families. With a focus on child and adolescent psychology, Dr. Hoolihan treats a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral concerns. She is passionate about working with diverse youth and providing supportive, collaborative care. Dr. Hoolihan holds a PsyD from the University of Indianapolis and completed her postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring the Bay Area’s food scene.

Zahra Mutaza, PhD , Dr. Zahra Murtaza, PhD, is dedicated to supporting diverse children, adolescents, and families using evidence-based practices and cultural humility. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Dr. Murtaza earned her PhD in Clinical-Community Psychology from Georgia State University and completed postdoctoral training at CHC, specializing in DBT. Fluent in English, Urdu/Hindi, and Spanish, she is passionate about reducing mental health disparities. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.
